I think that luney toons seem to be racist because they were made at such an early time after WWII that they were laughable to most viewers.

I can see where your point but I don't think the creators of Looney tunes expected countries nowdays to be so multi-cultral, therefore its funny to watch them because they were unique of its time, if you get what I'm rambeling on about :s
