when i go in wildy and it gives u the warning i can not kill ppl, i go about lvl 10 deepness and i still can not kill ppl, does being a lvl 73 person effect it?

73+10 = 83Cmbt Can Attk U
73-10 = 63+ You Can Attk x]

You can't attack certain lvls (that are too high or too low, depends on your combat lvl) so move into more deeper wilderness and try there.

if your attking someone lvl 63-83 you need to be in lvl 10
If Your in Lvl 10 Wildy Lvl 83 People Can Attk You, AND You Can Attk lvl 63 - Lvl 83 People x]
