    I have a database with all the users on from my previous forum. Coudl i reuse that database in a new forum? If so would this mean all the users would be on already registered on forum who were registered on the previous one?

    Well... go on there website... www.simplemachines.org

    and you need to get a converter (If they have one)

    It will transfer all the users onto the forum... Read its "read me" file...
