These two 'labels' are worn and partly designed by Pharrel Williams. There made for skater/hip hop styles and range from T-shirts to coats.
Its hard to find shops that sell these labels so I reffer to the net.

Just wondering if anyone has heard of these labels and if anyone wears them?

I think most of there stuff is quite cool, I'd say its like a 'two-tone style', it fits in really well with people who like Hip Hop and those who like skateboarding, whatever music your into :p Thats partly why I like it.
