iFrames

For a couple of days, I've been thinking about setting up a site to display my Sigs and stuff. With my Dolling site, I got the code from www.createblog.com which meant I had to copy and paste the code. Everytime I wanted a New page, I had to edit all the others, was very annoying!
All I'm asking is if someone could possibly post a Tutorial on making iFrames? It would be a great help, and I shall credit them on my site.

Yes now i can do them and splintercell int even here lol and he dnt need em coz hes a web designer :S
