Training attack and strength pures?

My little conversation today inspired me, where to train it and what levels? Keeping to f2p to at least 40 combat(probably)

i can give u a melee pure 21atk and str?? goth a mith scimym on him and full iron

on f2p stats id recommend are 40 att 1 def 70 str and mage. hydrid pkers are the best in wild and own everything in their path typically. Id say train on darkwizards in low lvl wild with some leather on so u dont take much mage damage.
