Me only 10-11's with DDS spec

last time i tried my best to find out my highest hit i got:

Mage: 22 (if i tried now i could use charge and hit 30's)
Range - 32 (magic shortbow spec, 16 and 16)
Melee - 10 (lol?)

10 with wind bolt - Mage

like 25 with d b axe special bout 20 with flail(if i use d b axe special then flail i hit like 40+) and like 18 with mage and bout 33 with dds special
