How did you get those?

I don't know if this is the right thread to be asking in, maybe it's supposed to be in the graphics part but I will try here anyway. Where do you people get those little cartoon kind of Runescape people in your sigs and av. Like the one Annhilating has got?

Sprites? you make them or alot of people just steal off sites =) or you recolour somebody elses if you like them etc.
