    Hmmm, Wouldn't you rather just have moderators, if you have admin just go to permissions on people. and set it to admin not gues new or banned.

    Do you mean how do you make other Administrator Groups other that ROOT Administrator?

    If so just make a new group, base it on Administrators and overide the permissions with Administrator. Well actually you dont even have to do do that.
