Why bother buying? you're 50+ thieving, goto rouges den (goto burthorpe pub and down the trapdoor) and buy a lockpick off the general store in there

just pick pocket rouges in the rouge castle in wildy thats what i did.

u need 50 agility though im only 43.. and i need like 50 odd

you can go in it without 50 agility you just can't do the assault course thing

ive got 53... n the guy will only trade me if ive got 50 agilty for some reason

just use the tele lever in ardoughe and go to the rouges castle and pickpocket rouges ..

it took me 20 minutes to gte one - or go to seers they youst to sell for 5k but i'm not sure now.
