The throne is increasing in value and I have seen it sold for 19.5 and 20.0 CS 5 times each.

I disagree with the paraset dropping to 2.8CS. I have seen this sell for 3.1 around shops 3 times.

Many rare traders are collecting oil lamps for their rare trade and casinos are are beginning to offer more then 0.7CS. The new value should be 0.8-0.9CS - Seen 6 times

Habbos very rarely offer 5.0CS for a majestic. I found it very hard to sell mine and I managed to get 4.7 for it. I have seen habbos offer 4.8CS for the majestic over 7 times.

As Christmas is approaching, habbos are offering more for the Lappland Greatings. I have seen it sell for 1.1 4 times in Chivo's trade rooms.

For some unknown reason, the nordic is increasing in value and I have seen habbos offer 1.0CS and lots of normals. I have seen this at least 4 times and think the new value is at least 1.1
