Increase in value of Love Sofas

Hi,

In trade rooms but mainly shops, I have seen love sofas been traded for 0.5. However, not everyone does pay this price so I think the value of the love sofa should be 25 RD - 30 RD.

I have also seen the chritmas furni (especially poinsettas) rise in value. In rare casinos, I have seen a few people offer a hc sofa for 2 poinsettas as they are hard to find. So I think the poinsetta should be increasing and be roughly 20RD.
