Color code for bg in navigation

Lol as name says www.ryanzworld.co.uk/index.php i need the color for the main iframe in middle also i've had the same prob but none of the links will open in middle =[ ty if you can help =]

Edit: if possible any1 know how i can get search bar workin for my site and the hits like how many viewin site etc.

i dont understand the top question, but the i-frame i bolded where you need to add

should work

Your question does not make sense, which colour do you need? The colour in the Iframe or the colour of the navigation bar?
I don't know which so I've just got you the colour for both of them.
Colour used on navigation bar =

Colour used in the first page displayed in the Iframe =

#C2DFF1

If a link is inside a Iframe or making a page appear inside an Iframe you need to add a target.
The target inside your <a> tag should be

target="main"

if you want a link to appear inside your Iframe.

If you have a link inside an Iframe, and you want it to open in the entire page your target should be

target="_top"

If you want the link to be in bold, put the <strong> tag either side of the link, e.g.

<strong><a href="#">Link</a></strong>
