Chapped lips >.<

I have chapped lips, they are really dry and hurt alot, I have some lip stuff but it's not working anymore, they really hurt.

Any advice?

I get that all the time, especially in cold weather. Even though Zoviorax [Sp] is for coldsores, try that

My lips are always like that, and I dont know what to do either. Nothing seems to have worked, and im running out of solutions.

Chapped lips are a result of dehydration. In the winter, we tend to not drink alot, therefore this occurs. Remember to drink alot of water, I use vaseline, it does the job over night If you do use some vaseline, makesure you keep putting it on your lips when they feel dry.
It will moisturise your lips and prevent chapped lips

I usually have a small tub of it stored in a cupboard, so when I use it, its normally cold and not so sticky
