okay so ive noticed quite a change in the prices of things
here is what ive seen

Red pillow (hard to get) - 0.5 - 0.7 saw 20 sold for 12hc (also seen sold for tub)
Blue amber - 1.0 - 1.2 (seen sold for 1.5 three times)
Silver nelly 3.5 - 3.7 (seen sold for 4hc twice)
Throne sofa 4.0 - 3.9 (seen sold for 3.5 + norms twice)
Holiday romance 1.0 - 1.1 (seen sold for hc and norms 5 or 6 times)
Black Monolith 1.0 - 1.2 (seen sold for 1.5 three times)
Petal - 2.9 - 3.0 (seen many people offering 3hc for em and seen sold 6 times
Dragon lamp 1.1 - 1.3 (seen sold for 1.5 twice)
Throne 20hc - 19.8 (seen sold for 19.5 a few times)

Those are the important rare changes ive noticed
