Then start legends :S This happened to me, but it was with the regicide thing, so I did regicide.

I did 2 but it took me like 125 hellhounds to get it
Umm my qps only 63 :S

I reccomend doing legends, troll quests, waterfall, and regicide before doing lvl 3s because this is where many of the clues come from.

well there's 4 different clues for regicide area and they come up a lot

uhm - i always do clues - lvl 3 from hellhounds - never got regicde???

I had a Regicide and Legends clue before I even started them, you can still do them Well, the Legends you can, Underground is 100% required for Regicide clue.
