click user cp> avatar >

Oh, click your user CP then click edit avatar and upload an image. For you the sizes you can have are 60 (Width) x 100 (Height)

or if u dont wanna upload one and have a picture from somewhere else on the internet, put the url of the picture in the other box, they cant be too big though 150x150 for vips, and i cant remeber wat the size is for non vips, does ne one know?
