Ive hade that problem loads of times. Make sure all the details are right. If you need some help pm me and i can do the config for you (I wont install it)

Okay. I offer a hc to anyone who can sort out the permission cos this is the message coming up:

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

I got this the firt time i tried, ok, If you havent set up a mysql database before i sugest u read this, when making the database first give it a name then press add, after that you should see it in the drop down menu,
then make a username and press "add" or soming like that
now you should see it in the top left drop down box, then with the user selected and the database selected, (make sure the all box is ticked)
ress add to database, fill in the details and wham there you go
but remeber to give the right details same password, for local host just keep it te same etc. and that shuld do it
