Ok, everything is ready to go, all you need to do is transfer your files (music, pics etc) to the software.
Makesure your phone is connected to your computor via USB cable and then right click the wanted file, scroll down to send to... and then your device should show up, click it and then the file will be transfered over to your Samsung software on your computor ready to transfer onto your phone

    Hope this helps.

Are you sure your phone is connected to your computor? the icon for it will come up in the send bit if it is connected.
Usually, once you put in your USB connnected along with your phone, you will here a sound or a blip will appear from your toolbar.
    Other than that, thats all.

You don't usually need the software. :\

    Connect your phone.
    Go into My Computer
Click 'Removable Disc' or 'Phone' or something.
Click and drag your media file (images, movies, etc) from whatever folder to your phone.

Works for me, although I have a Nokia 6230i.

Do you have some form of memory card on the phone?
