Go to taverly sewers
Keep going
kill a jail guard get a key go into teh cell next to him talk to the guy get a dusty key

then keep going over teh lava bridge and thro a wall and then thro a gate

here are lvl 48 baby blue dragons and lvl 111 blue drags

Run to the north end and go down the little tunnel

stay at the end of the tunnel and a bit

from here use a HALLY or mage to kill a lvl 111 blue dragon he will not hit you

Take an anti dragon sheild in case tho

1) This will takes hours.
2) Youll get killed by baby dragons
3) If any other people are there (rangers) you'll get killed when lureing dragons to safe spot.

Take like a few runes with you if your using a hally and get inot the tunnel and just fire a spell at it and it will come

baby bleu drags cannot get down the tunnel either

They get down a bit further than blue ones.

And yes, it does take ages. It takes long enough with a drag hally, never mind rune hally!
