Login Script, Please Help!

I have found a decent login script. The link to it is here:

Now i dont have a clue how to use it. Could someone explain possibly?

Well you need to set it up and set the MySQL Database up ( If it needs MySQL )

Then do the PHP makings sessions and cookies and then you set it up in Admin CP i think I don't download things from random sites, so i'm not downloading that.
