Lol, for his layout he doesn't need to learn HTML CSS,

As that doesn't create the layout, it codes them.

He needs to get good on Photoshop or other graphical programs and then learn CSS HTM PHP all the others and code it sufficiently and then he will have a good site and maybe stop hotlinking from Habbox.
