Click on "File Manager" Or something on your CPanel

If its a DIY Host CPanel, Like mine, It will be "Site maintenance and uploading" Then "File Manager"

Anyway, When you find it, it will appear with a whole range of files.

You need to upload your "Index.Php" Or "Index.Html" To public_Html

To Upload; Simply click on "Upload File(s)" At the top ^_^

No Thats Right, Unzip it on Your Desktop then upload it making sure you keep the files in the correct linking order (keeping images togther) (theres a posh word but i forgot it) , Make sure its in the public_html and he does have cpanel... so filemanager is correct!
