PM Like jackhb or an admin i dunno :S Must have done something wrong or PM an admin too many times

um you cant send pms or recive them when your cautioned, check the email you signed up with on here; there should be a email saying why ur cautioned

When you are cautioned a email is dispatched to your email address which is registered to your account. If it is not there please check your junk email.
