A hang out room would usually have people sitting next to each other to talk closer like whispering ect.
and the photo is out of place so I give it 7/10

Is that a trade or a hang out room?

For a trade room it doesn't look rite with the pods like that they should be in sections.
For a hang room it also needs pods section where people can chill and get a drink.
