Ok i use freewebs.com But i use html editor, I have a secret to remove the freewebs watermark. You will also have no Advertisements Or popups and You may choose a name. Your site will get its own name and also have 50MB webspace.

i use html editor ... well Notepad is an Editor... and dreamweaver and frontpage allow you to edit the html and preview

The secret that you have to "take away the ads" is illegal! it will get your websit banned along with your IP
