Belarus win Junior Eurovision!

Yes, they've won Eurovision for the first time since seperating from the USSR! (and if you think they won in '03 or '04, that was the Ukraine)

What happened was this: Belarus are on 137, Spain on 136. The penultimate vote is Spain. Now you'd think 'Oh, Spain won't give them any points.' And how many do they get from Spain? 12. Then Belarus gives Spain 12 but it don't matter 'cos Belarus won anyway!

And there was a technical glitch, and they blamed the UK! I'm like OMG!!

But what's odd is that's twice now that Junior Eurovision has been won by a 10-year old girl. And they both looked like brats.
