And will my rooms and the rules be the same?

Well in order to trade english furni for furni on another hotel you would need to go onto both hotels and trade the english furni to the other person and then that person trade their furni on the other hotel to you. The rooms are different on each hotel, the hotels are completely separate. Also there is a forum here in the trading category for that purpose so perhaps you could check that out.
