Default New Safety E-mail To Parents - And Ione's Real Name

Below is an e-mail sent by habbo hotel:

    Dear Habbo,

Please pass on the very important message below to your parents or
guardians. You can read it too of course, just make sure you print it out
    and give it to them.

    Thanks

    ------------------------------
    Dear parents and guardians,

We’ve just launched an exciting new educational safety feature in Habbo
Hotel – the InfoBus - and we’d love to tell you about it. While we’ve
got your attention, we’d like to take the opportunity to remind you how
we ensure that Habbo Hotel - and therefore your children - is as safe
    as possible.

So, what is the InfoBus? As its name suggests, the InfoBus is a bus and
you can find it ‘parked’ in a new public space within Habbo Hotel
called Habbo Gardens. Any player can go into Habbo Gardens and wait their
turn to go inside the InfoBus.

Once inside the bus, players take part in a 15 minute ‘class’ on online
safety, answering anonymous polls, asking the host (one of our
professional moderators) questions and joining in group discussions. The small
class size – only ten players per session – means that everyone feel
relaxed and gets their questions answered. Early results indicate that
the safety message is getting through to them.

But what else do we do to keep your children safe in Habbo Hotel? You
probably know that Habbo Hotel is moderated 24 hours a day, every day.
But did you know that we have over 150 hotel guides (Hobbas) helping
players out as well? Or that our 'Call for help' system allows members to
request help wherever they are in the hotel? Our Moderators, who are
police vetted members of staff, prioritise the safety related calls, so
that players in real need get help quickly.

There are also other safeguards that you can’t see. We filter all
language, replacing all racist, sexist and inappropriate phrases with the
nonsense word ‘bobba’. We add new words and phrases to this filter every
day to keep up with our ever-inventive players.

A more advanced type of filtering searches for email addresses and
phone numbers, so that even if players choose to ignore our advice, we can
stop them giving out their personal details and arranging to meet up in
real life. Each time a player says an email address or phone number out
loud it is again replaced with ‘bobba’ and at the same time an alert is
sent to our moderators so that they can talk to the player in person.

And we are now able to covertly monitor every area of Habbo Hotel
without warning. We routinely monitor rooms with just two players in and ban
    any wrong doers immediately.

All of these measures are backed up by our educational efforts, central
to which is the new InfoBus. We believe that we are getting through to
our players, but there are always a few who don’t want to listen. And
that’s where you come in – with your help we can get the message across
    to every child.

We’re not suggesting you hover over your children all the time they‘re
online (but please do feel free to check out Habbo Hotel for yourself)
    - we’re just asking you to sit down with your children for a couple of
minutes and go through these rules with them:

    1. NEVER give out your telephone number, address or real name online
    2. NEVER arrange to meet up in real life – you can never be sure that
an online friend really is who they say they are
    3. If you ever feel uncomfortable with something someone is saying to
you, tell an adult or a person in charge

If you have any questions on any aspect of Habbo Hotel or if you’d like
further information please don’t hesitate to contact me - use the ‘I’m
a parent’ option on this form and the player support staff will forward
    your email to me:

    Yours sincerely,

    Rebecca Norman
    Community Director
    Sulake Labs (Habbo Hotel)

I put the last bit of the e-mail in lime to point out Ione's real name. Here's my proof it's her name; This is shown on the .com staff page:

    jeffoo ** Community Manager
    Scribex ** Assistant Community Manager
    brojo ** Hotel Manager
    ione ** Sulake Community Director
    Becs ** Sulake Moderation Manager

So as you can see there is a new safety e-mail written by Rebecca Norman (ione). The e-mail was actually sent by Glitterkat who is my predicition for hotel manager. So is this another sign? You tell me.
