the fact that habbox uses photobucket is a laughing disgrace. whoever decided to use photobucket deserves a pie in the face. image shack is the best customer rated free image hosting site known, and has been for a while.
imageshack hasn't ever messed up my photo's and my pics from imageshack have never been messed up due to server problems. you can store as many photo's as you want on it as well so that would solve habbox's bandwidth exeeded problem. the only catch is the files can't be over 1024 KB (don't mistake that for thinking you can only hold 1024 kb, what it means is that every file you upload has to be 1024 kb or lower).

As much as it would be fun to see someone get a pie in the face, photo bucket does the job! It's only the news department that uses it - because they reckon uploading an image on cutenews is too slow or something...

The newsdepartment have an album of random photos to use to decorate news.
Unfortunately uploading them to habbox cutenews would result in it being extremely hard to find them.
