Not sure if this has been posted but, dionysus IS banned. for the proof click here for your username type in Dionysus and the email can be anything, i used '[email protected]' and it says

You have been banned from Habbo Hotel. You can't purchase Credits before your banning ends.

you try it yourself i tried this with SonicMouse aswell and he is banned ;l
