Hungry, sick, lack of sleep.

I can't eat, fgs. It's annoying me now, I can't chew because of my jaw, and when I eat something soft, it gets stuck up the like wound of where my teeth were and I have to get them out with my tongue. And, it's a disgusting taste. For crying out loud.. I want to eat.

I've not eaten like in ages, I had mash potato and beef soup and that's it.. I'm starving.

I'm getting mouthwash tomorrow, this taste is making me sick.

And, I can't sleep, last night I had 4 hours sleep I kept on waking up because of the pain of my mouth.

I have been getting to sleep at 4oclock in the morning waking up at 7:15am.

Nearly sick today at school.

Not hungry, I normally eat all my tea, I haven't the last 3 nights, I dont eat lunch at school either or have breakfast.

I think its 'cos I had my braces tightened, but this time i cant eat on my right hand side, if I do I get a trobing pain.

Try eating soup and takin paracetamol for the pain? and icecream to like ease it ?

I don't like soup, only homemade soups - there's none here.

I have had paracetemol - but it's disgusting.

When you go to bed take a hot water bottle and put it under your pillow. That helped me when I had my teeth out last January.
