On the 3 meter board I can do an inward 1 1/2 piked, and 2 1/2 somersault piked, a 1 1/2 with a full tist, a back 1 1/2 in pike. I can do all that on the1 meter board plus more. I would say all I can do on that one, but I don't have time. I compete in diving for my schools team. I've been diving fro about 2 years now.

I have a bad experience with the 3 meter spring board. I tend to stick to the 1 meter spring board.
