ok i signed up last night and tried to reply this morning and make new threads but i 'do not have rights' to post...basically i couldnt do anything , why?? polease help and i have a website that is in progress and need workers where should it be advertised?

Well either you haven't activated your account or you were trying to post in a thread which has been closed. If the thread was closed, it would say: Sorry, this thread is closed! It's either you haven't activated your account, or you are trying to make a new thread where only certain groups of Habbox forum members can post in
