First go kill trolls. Bring runes, 3 prayer pots, 4 restore pots and rest sharks. Then go bank when you're done and re-stock your inv.

Take around 3-4 prayer pots, 4restore pots rest sharks and runes.

Prayer doesn't go that fast away you just gota pot up when he freezes you and don't forget to eat, make sure all your pots are (4) does.
