CCTV cameras were installed in some public rooms that probably included the Habbo/Hotel Kitchen.

When you say 'Piers' to Russ, he says 'Piers is missing, last time I saw him was 7:30pm on Friday'

When you say 'Dark Piers' to Russ, he says 'I hope he comes back soon, I miss him'

So basically.....

This dude -------> is the 'Sherlock' who will provide you of 'CCTV' to find out who kidnapped Piers from the Kitchen.

Another tacky quest coming soon, where Piers must get back to Habbo in time to cook the Christmas feast. :rolleyes:
