    It would work in very very old browsers.

    You need to make a handler.

    and change...

    PHP Code:
    <form action="[email protected]"
    to

    PHP Code:
     <form action="handler.php"
    Make a file handler.php and put the PHP coding in there.

    I think mentor has a tutorial somewhere
