Why cant i post in that section?

If you're trying to post in any forum without signed in (except the Help Forums) then it won't let you post.

In the Website Tutorials Forum you can only reply to threads, you cannot make your own. Only Forum Moderators can move threads there, which are tutorials that will help you, if you think you've got a good tutorial, post it in Website Designing and it may be moved there.

If you haven't got one already, it's a good idea you register a Forum Account, as you have alot more features than posting as an "Unregistered" user.
