How do you attach images?

Hey i have been given an avatar but when i click on it , it says log in and when i do it takes me back to the same place, so i am wondering if anyone knows how to attach the image on a pm. plz reply.

You can do this by selecting the little box picture of some mountains with a yellow back ground just under size when creating a pm. When you hover over it, it should say Insert Image.

Thanks, but when i click on the yellow mountains it comes up saying "enter text to be formatted" hellp!

if you need to upload a picture go to www.tinypic.com and host it, you will be given a link to the picture,copy the link, when you have copied the link press insert image image button. if you cant find the insert picture icon have a look at this picture that shows where it is.
