1) you load a picture.
2) you click rectangle tool or the star thing next to it.

You ''mark'' the part you wana keep with the tool [by clicking and holding]



3) Right click on the picture and click copy [ctrl c] and open new paint [or click new picture thing]



4) Paste the selected picture in by clicking Edit and paste [ctrl v]




EXAMPLE

if this happens




just hold and ''pull'' those marked squares as far as you need.
