My Comp Got Problems?

i was gonna play runescape yesterday when my runescape started playing.

I was loading up runescape and it was fine.
I logged in.
My account was fine.
BUT When it started saying "Loading Please Wait"
My Browser started to not respond.
So i ended the browser.
Made a new one.
Everything was fine again!
BUT it still crashed at the same point.

Now i run my computer on a Windows ME.HEWLETT Packard.
Internet Explorer.

Do this requierments not work for runescape?
Also i was gonna move perm to runescape but this error happened!
i hope it works soon
