Search Callie and go to the Fanstire drop in. All the people with Them badges are on the Blue stickies.

Two representatives of each Official Fansite were given these badges about a month ago. They aren't of any real significance other than to notify Habbos that "he/she is an official fansite owner", and offer us no 'extra powers' (like a full-room bypass). Have a look at older threads for more information on these badges.
