whats a cure for depression?
i feel like **** 24/7 and want to die.

Anti Depressents, but it is known to make you feel worse and it is an addictive drug (I should know since i used to be on it).

Tell someone who you care for and who cares for you how you feel. They will try there best to comfort you.

You don't want to die, think of all the cool things you can do when you're older

But dont s/h or smoke. People think these are ways to get rid of depression. They dont work. They make it worse.

Ive had depression since my dad left me and stuff and had anti -depressents but like Steven said they dont help much and you get addicted, everytime i took them i felt sleepier... and sleepier... and sleepier and weak
but i talked to my mum on how i felt and we talked through it and i felt so much better Talk to an adult, doctor, or parent

My mate did it. Shes stopped now cos the school helped her through it.
