I want packs or biceps ;D.
What should I do?
A certain amount of sit ups and push ups every 30 minutes?
Please help ^^.

Try the health forum , and you won't get 'packs' by doing sit ups

Swimming is a very 'toning' exercise.
I got swimming frequently in the winter ;S the waters warmer , you need to lose your flab off your stomach first

Try basic Exercise.. Going to the Gym, Jogging / Running..
