Skill. If you buy every property you land on, you'll definantly win, even if your opponant has park lane and/or mayfair.

Skill. You buy every property you land on, and when somebody needs that property, you sell it for YONKS, though you NEVER sell any of the Greens or Blues to somebody who has the nearly completed set.
