If you've just been booted from a server unexpectedly, and you get the "already logged in" error when you try to go to another world, please read on:

Look at the list of worlds. If the server now has zero players on it, it is likely that something is wrong with the server or its connection. Recently there have been issues with a few of the hosting companies that have caused this sort of problem.

Your account would be safe. No-one's stolen it, and you don't need to panic. There is no need to report the server problems to Customer Support, as we would already know about it.

We always try to get the servers back up as quickly as possible. It is possible that you would lose the last few minutes of what you did, but otherwise your account should not be affected.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
