I got 110 pyrefiends as my slayer assignment and im finding there really hurting my lobster supplies lol, im using green dragonhide armour and dragon longsword but they still keep hitting frequent 4s on me, any other advice?

Nothing can stop the horrible constant hitting, trust me.
Unless you have high defence, they're going to keep hitting, that's why I hated them when I was a lowe combat level.
Tip: go for the small ones, they seem to hit lower/less than the bigger ones.
