I have never seen people offer 3.3 Hc sofas worth. Habbos are offerin 3 Hc and a "Couple of norms".

STUDY DESK- UP TO 1.3
May seem a bit srastic, but whenever i go into a rare shop, these desk always seem to be one of the quickest things to go! There don't seem to be many of these around the hotel. When ever I hear the ol' "111 for my study" the screen seems to be flooded with offers!
SNOWGLOBE- UP TO 1.0
Same as above really! Seem to be in very high demand. Habbos don't seem to take 0.7's worth.
ALOE VERA- DOWN TO 2.1
Well, didn't think i'd be saying this! ALOT of people on my console are struggling to sell these plants! If they were dropped in value, Habbos would buy "hoping" they would rise in price.
