Im not sure about normal logs and oaks but i know willows+
Willows - 30-45
Maples - 100
Yews - 300-350
Magics - About 1k ea
Only fish i know are sharks and lobs, sharks 900-1000 and lobys 200-250
Doubt everything, even this.
