Ok the mini quest is called the curse of zaros, to do it you need to have complete desert treasure or unlocked the ring of visibility part.
You start it off by equipping the ring of visibility AND NO WEAPONS/ARMOUR/OBBY OR LEGENDS CAPE, otherwise it wont let you in, goto Glarials tomb with the pebble, use the pebble on the grave, then you'll be inside her tomb, look round and you should see a semi-visible man. Talk to him and he will tell you a long story about the missing staff etc, he will tell you to go somwhere which is one of three paths (please goto runehq.com and look at the guide for more detail on where to go)
Once you have talked to each of them in turn you get a piece of ghost clothing for every person you talk to. Once you're done you'll have a full set of ghosts robes, theese items weigh nothing so are amazing for running across runescape with a lil protection
